Montenegrin company law provides that each company must have at least one employee (executive director) employed on full time basis.
Clients/ investors can choose between employing local person or appointing his/her self as CEO of the company.
By choosing second option, foreign citizens are obliged to obtain work and residence permit in order to be eligible for employment in Montenegro
